Great, friendly, fun, local pub with lovely food. We had double cheese burgers, scampi and a lamb scotch broth - all perfectly done and delicious. Thanks!

Excellent Sunday Lunch. Nice large portion with excellent sides. Coliflower cheese was amazing. Went back for the takeaway Sunday lunch (more convenient with a 3 and 5 year old). Huge portion sizes and as fantastic as eating in. Meat of choice, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and plenty of luxury veg including a highlight cauliflower cheese. Will be a regular.

Welcoming traditional pub with an open fire and great selection of Welsh beers, gins, and more. Very family friendly and a great place to stop for a pint, a coffee, or a hot chocolate!

Old fashioned pub serving a small village, rarely frequented by tourists but not unwelcoming. Basic food menu but inexpensive and good sized portions. Food not always available so best phone ahead.

What a great pub with very good quality cask beer and great food for the price. A warm welcome to everyone. The music nights are good but I must say that the Halloween party was excellent.

Wow! I came here tonight and had a 3 course meal for £13. YES! £13. Not only was the food delicious but I had to take my desert home. This is a community run pub and it shows how important a place like this is to the locality of the area. If you are ever nearby (within 20 miles) then make the effort to come here. The food is fabulous but the locals were amazing people. Nice log fire, locals with their dogs, great food. I reckon if I'd of fell asleep after my food they'd of left me there till the morning. Quality!!!

Probably one of the best steak we have ever had with the doneness cooked to perfection! Good beer too and the cleanest pub ever in the UK! A must try.....
